Kapybara The Art Collective

My collage work is highly intuitive. I collect vintage postcards, and whenever I stumble upon one that I feel like is lacking something, I put it in my future collage project stash. I like to think of each finished piece as a kind of miniature story: sometimes, they reflect my memories or dreams, and sometimes, they are jokes with references to classical literature, art history, and meme culture.

For my digital collage, I like to mix my own photography, thrifted physical media, and public domain archives.
